If you are unsure of an application, just call and a trial unit can be supplied for testing in your installation for 30 days.  If it does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it within the trial period and pay nothing.  This gives you a risk-free method of ensuring the instrument will perform.  Units not returned within 30 days will then be invoiced (or charged to the credit card) using the billing information you provided at time of ordering.

The prices through E-direct are already set at a very attractive level.  Also you can clearly see the price distinction by the various models that are intended for different applications.  In addition, the price of each model is reduced as the number of units ordered increases, and these quantity breaks are clearly indicated in the tables shown for each product.  It is possible that some customers have already entered into fixed pricing agreements with Endress+Hauser; however those agreements generally do not include E-direct products.  If your quantity requirement exceeds the amounts shown in the standard pricing table, please contact Endress+Hauser to inquire about even more favorable pricing options.

If you purchase any product from the E-direct program, the item will be on its way to you within 2 business days from the time we have your complete order in hand.  This does not apply to any special-order items not described in the standard catalog offering.  This also may not apply to the entire quantity ordered if the number of units exceeds the 1 - 3 piece quantity indicated in the catalog for immediate shipment.
